All products sold on Nichey are 100% authentic, sourced directly from official brand distributors and authorized suppliers. We do not sell counterfeit or grey market products.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full before any order is processed and shipped.

5. Orders & Cancellations

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters our processing system immediately. Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

6. Shipping

We ship across the UAE and internationally. Delivery times and shipping fees vary depending on your location. Nichey is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
